[color=#c0392b]I have applied for staff to help to the server in anyway and in my opinion i think the staff you have now don't do there job. [color=#c0392b]7[/color][/b] [b]Scenario/s[/b][b]1) You see someone unassigned leaving spawn.[/b][color=#c0392b][b]I take them back to spawn and then find out what faction they want to be in and then whitelist them to it.[/b][/color]  [b]2) A Recruit has not been trained and wondering around because he/She doesn’t know what to do. He/She seems like they’re not here to Rp and you're not sure if he is really here to play. What do you do?[color=#c0392b] I would get one of the faction members to train him and watch over the training and if i do find he is not here to RP i would kick him with the reason (Come back when you are wanting to RP)[/color][/b]  [b]3) You see another staff member and a faction leader arguing in front of a lot of people, it’s getting pretty bad and the argument has no end in sight, what do you do? [color=#c0392b]I would walk up to the staff member and faction leader and ask them to talk this elsewhere away from the users and then go with them and try to resolve it.[/color][/b]  [b]4) Someone threatens to DDoS or crash the server.[/b][color=#c0392b][b]I would immediate perma ban and ban their ip (prevents them from coming back on a alt).[/b][/color]  [b]5) A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and self supplying). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. [color=#c0392b]What do you do? I would first try to defuse the situation and tell them i will watch him (Spectate command) and if he does it see how many people he has killed and then come up with a punishment for him/her.[/color][/b]
