Because I want to help the server out and by becoming staff It may make it easier by providing new people with help and making the server fun for everyone What separates you from other candidates? I care about others more than myself, so if I were to be enjoying an event but others didn't I'd alter it so it is more enjoyable for them than myself What sort of person do you consider yourself? Outgoing, Open-minded  In what manner do you handle situations? Calm and unbiased On a scale of 1/10 how well known do you believe you are within the community? 3 Scenario/s 1) You see someone unassigned leaving spawn. Tell them to go back, if they ignore the command physgun them back, if they keep doing it repeatedly block them in until someone arrives to help them or if they don't know what to do then help them myself 2) A Recruit has not been trained and wondering around because he/She doesn’t know what to do. He/She seems like they’re not here to Rp and you're not sure if he is really here to play. What do you do? I do the same as I would anyone else, treat them with respect and help them if need be, if they are just here to mess around and they show it by continually leaving spawn etc then kick them from the server and ban if necessary 3) You see another staff member and a faction leader arguing in front of a lot of people, it’s getting pretty bad and the argument has no end in sight, what do you do? Split them up and sort out the issue in a sit 4) Someone threatens to DDoS or crash the server. Ban them instantly and report it to the owner or highest on 5) A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and self supplying). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. What do you do?  Ask for a higher up's opinion, if there aren't any available ask for proof of this and if there is none then give the reported person a warning to please the group
